"The pearly gates of heaven, the barrier to eternal peace, the threshold to everlasting bliss. Somewhere in the great beyond awaits a doorway to the angelic promiseland allowing access only to those deemed worthy on judgment day. But here on Earth, another heaven exists, its location based on your discretion. It could be a palm shaded beach soaked in a sapphire tide. Where hammocks sway downwind of a smoldering barbeque and pink umbrellas make acquaintances with lime wedges on a salted rim. It could be dawn at the lake, a cookout in your backyard, or alone time in the woods. This heaven can be whatever you want. It’s waiting beyond a door that you hold the key to, but you’ll find this door is always open."
Every photograph in my landscape gallery is named after a song. I use music to help tell my story with the photo and the title "Three Little Birds" was carefully selected for that purpose.
