"A Winter's Tale"

Michigan

"A land of ice and snow so cold it froze time. The stillness was eerie yet comforting, the silence unnerving yet serene. My sense of wonder fought back the cold as a state of awe directed me. A landscape rough and jagged now soft and smooth. I would have jumped in if the cloud I was on hadn’t been so high."

Every photograph in my landscape gallery is named after a song. I use music to help tell my story with the photo and the title "A Winter's Tale" was carefully selected for that purpose. The Queen track fit perfectly for this piece and if you'd like to find yourself in a Northern Michigan snowglobe I've included the song for you to play above. To learn more about "A Winter's Tale" and its connection to the Queen song you can read its featured post as part of my "Behind the Title" blog series.

This photograph is a limited edition of 100 and will arrive hand signed and numbered on the media of your choosing. Prices vary with the remaining edition quantity, for current pricing or additional information about this piece please email me.
