"Life happens before our eyes and the pace by which we live it increases every day. With our eyes locked on the horizon, fearful of the finish line we can’t keep from rushing towards, we don’t take the time to enjoy the course. We are doing a disservice to the fates that have plotted our path if we do not witness the beauty afforded to us. We need to slow down, catch our breath, rest our weary legs, and marvel at the blessing that is life. We will all finish in due time, but it’s the ones that enjoy the ride that will be victorious."

Every photograph in my landscape gallery is named after a song. I use music to help tell my story with the photo and the title "Runnin' Down a Dream" was carefully selected for that purpose.
