"Like a stampede of mystical arctic steeds came storming down the mountain, the arctic blast rushed the valley. The wall of white swallowed acres in a flash as the icy gale crashed a beautiful autumn day. The forest of shocked conifers fell silent as giant, dense snowflakes wafted through the air. Stunned by the sudden shift, gravity appeared to be pushing back against the pouring snow slowly seeking residence. A cozy feeling accompanied the nip in the air but the cold couldn’t puncture the wonder of this immersive snowglobe. Hot chocolate would have paired perfectly but I couldn’t help but linger with the hope of hearing sleigh bells."
Every photograph in my landscape gallery is named after a song. I use music to help tell my story with the photo and the title "The Sound of Silence" was carefully selected for that purpose.
